“My passion is bringing the teachings of Love to life through applying their wisdom in daily life. As a child, I would attend Catholic mass with my family. The second we left the pew, the sermon was forgotten. I was confused by the absence of practicing what we had heard while I watched us struggle in all our relationships.”
Anasuya draws on the wisdom of some of the great masters and mystics throughout history and those of current day. Her “Board of Advisors” include the Buddha, Jesus, Rumi, Hafiz, Kabir, Master Bankai, Theresa of Avila, Meister Eckhart, Mirabai, Mechthild of Magdeburg, Hildegard von Bingen, Gurdjieff, Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell, Matthew Fox, Jean Houston, the Dalai Lama and Pema Chodran to name a few.
Anasuya is committed to helping you learn how to heal and love yourself. She teaches how to identify, accept and let go of your fears. Then, listen to and trust the Still Small voice within. In addition, she offers mindfulness techniques that access higher states of Awareness, and effect sustainable change.
“I consider my role as a guide to your miracle of transformation. Especially, I help you attain peace of mind and heart by offering deep listening and clear reflection.”
