“My passion is bringing the teachings of Love to life through applying their wisdom in daily life. As I was growing up, we would attend Catholic mass. The second we left the pew, the sermon was forgotten. I was confused by the absence of practicing what we had heard as I watched all of us struggle with family, relationships, work and even play among friends.”
Anasuya draws on the wisdom of some of the great masters and mystics throughout history as well as those of current day. Her “Board of Advisors” includes the Buddha, Jesus, Rumi, Hafiz, Kabir, Master Bankai, Theresa of Avila, Meister Eckhart, Mirabai, Mechthild of Magdeburg, Hildegard von Bingen, Gurdjieff, Carl Jung, Joseph Campbell, Matthew Fox, Jean Houston, the Dalai Lama and Pema Chodran to name a few.
Anasuya is committed to helping you learn how to heal and love yourself. She teaches you how to identify and let go of your fears, listen to and trust the Still Small voice within. She offers mindfulness techniques that access higher states of Awareness to effect real and sustainable change in yourself and in your life.
“I consider my role as a guide to your miracle of transformation by providing a safe container for deep listening and clear reflection. I am fulfilled knowing that I participate in helping you attain peace of mind and heart.”
